Saigon Prince Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with some noise issues in the rooms due to loud music until 11 pm, set in a visually appealing location. Service was helpful and cordial, but some areas needed improvement.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were so cozy and had all the amenities I needed, plus the view out to the walking street was lovely. The only downside was the loud music playing until 11 pm, but the comfortable bed and good WiFi made up for it.

The hotel is conveniently located on Nguyen Hui street, just a short walk away from markets, restaurants, and shopping spots, making it ideal for exploring Ho Chi Minh. The service from the staff was very courteous and polite, offering a variety of amenities including room service, laundry, car hire, and tours assistance. However, the dining options, while adequate, were not exceptional, with limited choices for specific dietary needs. The rooms, although in need of renovation and with noisy extractor fans overlooking a nearby building, offer basic comfort amidst some outdated features.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to various restaurants and bars, but it is undergoing renovations and lacks sufficient seating around the pool. Despite the noise levels, my room was still available at the front of the Hotel.

The hotel offered a mix of pleasant and disappointing experiences. The rooms were initially old and smelly, although we were upgraded, which turned out to be a bad experience. Despite being clean, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke. The service was fantastic, friendly, and helpful, although it was disappointing to see it sprayed with a cheap odour spray. The location was convenient for some attractions but lacked modern traveler essentials. The dining options were good but limited in some aspects. The facilities were generally satisfactory.
